Dosage according to packaging. Take the tablets with plenty of liquid.
Can the tablets be crushed?
The tablets can be crushed (ground in a mortar) and taken without any problems. We recommend taking the crushed tablets in combination with a liquid (juice, water) or yoghurt (or similar).
